These draft terms govern access to Rentiqa by property managers, team members, owners, tenants, and vendors. They are prepared for Kenyan counsel review before commercial production use.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of rent records, tenant records, payment allocation approvals, tax settings, and any communications sent through the platform.

Rentiqa provides software workflows and integrations. It does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice, and users remain responsible for statutory filings and professional review where required.
