Rentiqa may not be used for unlawful discrimination, harassment, spam, fraudulent payment claims, unauthorized scraping, malware distribution, or attempts to bypass tenant privacy controls.

Bulk messaging must be limited to legitimate property management purposes, respect opt-out preferences, and comply with provider rules for SMS, email, and WhatsApp.

Security testing against production requires written approval from Rentiqa Technologies Ltd unless it is part of an announced bug bounty scope.
